The Wieldy Smart locks are integrated with Cloudbeds automating a link 24–48 hours before arrival taking them to a secure web browser to do web check-in, giving access to their web key or pass-code and making real-time purchases for upsell (e.g. early check-in, airport transfers, room upgrades etc.). No app download is required on any app store since our app is 100% web based.

Once our locks are installed you can offer a truly automated and friction-less guest check-in and keyless room access solution. You will save huge amounts of time from having to check-in guests and giving them plastic keycards. The keycard is still an option with our locks however you can encourage your guests to use their webkey with communications before their arrival or at the reception desk.

What’s more, with our web app you will increase your revenue per available guest with our upsell functionality. The guest can purchase a choice of options from early check-in to room upgrades (depending on room availability of course).
