Grupo Catedral’s previous national management system, while sufficient for basic operations, lacked the sophistication needed for their growth ambitions. With a significant expansion on the horizon, including a new 69-room tower at Hotel Catedral, the need for robust tools to manage this growth and implement streamlined processes became paramount.
