Overview

KASAccess now fully integrates with Cloudbeds via the Marketplace. Just connect the app, enter your integration details, and enjoy seamless guest check-ins without manual key creation. Manage access to rooms, common areas, and more—effortlessly.

Benefits

KASAccess auto-generates or allows custom pin/RFID codes via Cloudbeds, using phone digits, booking ID, or random codes. It sends automated welcome emails/SMS (fees apply), syncs bookings 3 days in advance, supports multi-room/dorm setups, changes, and door mapping.

Complete Contactless Check-In and Access Control;
Automatic emails and SMS advising of Pincodes and Mobile Phone Room Access;
Add Pincodes via Cloudbeds or have Auto Generated pins pushed back to Cloudbeds;
