Flexible working schedules

Empowering team members to manage their time in a way that supports both productivity and work-life balance. For some roles and departments that operate under pre-defined shifts, the schedules are agreed upon during the hiring process.

Open and local PTO policy

With Cloudbeds’ open time-off approach, you’re encouraged to take the time you need to recharge. In countries where open PTO isn’t permitted due to local laws, we fully comply with local labor regulations, and all team members are encouraged to use their full entitlement.

Quarterly company holiday

Take a break! Cloudbeds’ offer one Friday off every quarter, giving team members a long weekend four times a year!

Cloudbeds University is our internal university designed to support onboarding and continuous learning with technical and department-specific training. Additional courses are included in annual L&D plans aligned with team needs.

Open holiday selection

Observe holidays that are meaningful to you. Team members receive 14 “flex holidays” to accommodate local, bank, or religious holidays of personal importance. In some countries, local requirements may take precedence, but flexibility can still be managed within teams.
