E-invoicing

Portugal mandates the generation of PDF invoices through an accredited provider registered with the Revenue Agency – Autoridade Tributária e Aduaneira (AT). The Cloudbeds solutions meet this requirement.

Statistical reporting

Properties are required to report diverse guest and occupancy data which should be input into the statistics portal. This is mandated by the Instituto Nacional de Estatística (INE). Cloudbeds will provide a report which can be downloaded and then uploaded to INE.
